Is Fixture compatible with Power A or 8bitdo’s controllers?
No, Fixture was designed specifically for the dimensions of the official Nintendo Pro Controller, ensuring a secure fit. It does not work Power A or 8bitdo’s controllers.
Does Fixture work with any third-party controllers?
Yes, if the dimensions of the third-party controller are similar to the dimensions of the official Nintendo Pro Controller, Fixture should work. One controller we know Fixture works with is the YCCTEAMS Pro Controller.
Is Fixture compatible with the Nintendo Switch Lite?
No, Fixture is only compatible with the original Switch, as it is specially designed to engage with the JoyCon rails to securely attach with the Switch.
Will Fixture leave a mark on my Switch or Controller?
Fixture was designed by gamers for gamers, and we worked hard to minimize the chance that our product would leave scratches or scuffs on the Switch or Pro Controller. From our experience, any marks have been minor compared to normal wear and tear on the system, such as from inserting and removing it from the dock. If keeping your Switch in pristine condition is something you highly value, we recommend not using any type of accessory that attaches to your system.
Will Fixture be top heavy?
Fixture was specifically designed to be exceptionally ergonomic, balancing the screen weight directly over your hands, reducing screen rotation and minimizing strain on the wrists. Our patented two-axis design allows you to smoothly and easily adjust the angle and height of your Switch for optimal comfort and gaming performance. If Fixture S1 feels top heavy while playing, simply rest your hands on a table or your lap and adjust the friction hinges to bring the screen over the controller until the top heavy sensation is gone.
Will Fixture work with a slim, hard-shell case on the Switch?
No, Fixture is designed with small, rubber nubs that make direct contact with the Switch, creating friction that holds the Switch securely in place. For this reason, the Fixture S1 will not work with cases on the Switch or ProController.

How long will it take to get my product?
Orders are generally filled within 2-3 business days and then shipped. All products are shipped from Arizona, USA with UPS ground. You will receive a UPS tracking code when the product is shipped.From there it should take approximately 4-8 business days to reach you, depending on your location and speed of UPS.

What is the return policy for orders on your website?
We want to make products people love. So if you find that Fixture isn’t for you, we are happy to take it back under our a 30-day return policy.
